Meet Me at the Bike Racks!

Come on. You can’t honestly tell me you didn’t expect Bachelor Pad to take a few twists and turns along the way before somebody wins the $250K grand prize. That’s exactly what unfolded during Monday night’s episode (9pm, Citytv).  The reality TV contestants, all cast-offs from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, were forced to “couple up” instead of competing as individuals. On top of the short-term romantic opportunities (ahem) such partnerships provide, the whole face of the game has now changed. If Monday night was any indication, this could turn out to be the biggest popularity contest the franchise has seen…or one of the Most Dramatic Finishes Ever.

Our BT Bachelor Pad panel was all over the map Tuesday morning at 8:10. Jennifer’s trying to take the high road. Charity bought into David’s vulnerable moment. And Trevor? Well, let’s just say he wasn’t pulling punches. You can check it all out via the video link below.

As mentioned on Breakfast Television, we’re recruiting local bachelors to be auctioned off at the Edmonton Women’s Show in support of the Lurana Shelter Society. All you have to do is submit a photo of your hot, single boyfriend (in other words, your hot, single friend that happens to be a boy) to bachelors@edmontonshows.com with a brief explanation of why he is the perfect man. You could win a beauty gift bag and a chance to meet four of the stars from Bachelor Pad – Kiptyn Locke, David Good, Jesse Kovacs, and Jesse Beck. Good luck!
