And Then There Were Two…

Sean is gone.

Monday night’s episode of The Bachelorette (9pm, OMNI) contained more displays of legitimate love and loss than entire seasons have in past…or did it? It’s tough to tell where sincerity starts and stops in the emotional roller coaster that is a reality TV search for love. Cynics (like a certain BT Bachelorette panelist) will suggest Emily Maynard is not actually in love with either of her remaining suitors. Meantime, optimists like to believe she’s so in love with both Arie and Jef she faces an impossible decision when it comes down to handing out that final rose.

I’d like to believe Emily is as wonderful as she represents herself to be as this season’s star of The Bachelorette. That said, it’s hard to reconcile what millions perceive to be a classy Southern girl with such a public, televised contest in the first place. I mean, let’s be honest: she barely has time to change outfits before changing make-out partners…and we’re less than two weeks away from a potential proposal.

It’s a good thing I’ve got our BT Bachelorette panel to help me sort out the hints, allegations and things left unsaid from each episode. Click on the video link below for this week’s installment.

Be sure to check out our website for your chance to win exclusive VIP access to the official Bachelorette finale party on Sunday, July 22nd hosted by Bachelorette cast-off Ryan Bowers.

Until next week…
