Now I understand why this beach was recognized as the second best in the WORLD.    Colleen is the lucky one to have felt the warmth, and we are grateful for the ’share’.    Colleen was in Boracay, Philippines in March.    Boracay is a small island that is about 315 km (196 mi) south of Manila and is just off the northwest tip of the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.
