JERRY SHARES HIS LOCALE “AND” HIS BUDDY – BELOW

Awesome Alberta
A warm Alberta evening, the water quietly lapping on shore .. perhaps a bird heard off in the distance. Jerry was at Lake Newell on October 21st when the temperature hit 21 degrees: “As the sun was setting at Kinbrook Provincial Park. The lake is an oasis in the midst of Alberta Prairie ~ beauty!” Agreed Jerry. Honorable mention goes to Patch the Brittany Spaniel pointing dog. He will be 3 in November and according to one proud papa is a game bird finding phenom who lives to find birds at top speed~then retrieve.

Patch "born ready"
DID YOU KNOW? Lake Newell is one of Alberta’s largest reservoirs. Kinbrook Island Provincial Park is located on the eastern side of the lake. When the reservoir was completed in 1914, it was named for T.H. Newell, an American irrigation expert who had bought half a township of land in the area.
