I get a chill just looking at this picture! Zoltan braved the elements to capture the mighty– the frozen, North Saskatchewan and the mighty–the frozen, city of Edmonton. Well, on December 13th, records show that Edmonton was the Coldest place ON EARTH. The weather station at Edmonton International Airport hit -46.1C(-51F) at 5am,..PLUS a windchill of -59C(-74F).
