Ever the attention-seeker, Paris Hilton wasted no time tweeting about an attempted break-in at her house Tuesday morning.
She tweeted, “So scary, just got woken up to a guy trying to break into my house holding 2 big knifes. Cops are here arresting him.” And then she tweeted a pic of the drama.
TMZ reports that the man, who is reportedly in his 40’s, was banging on the windows of her home in the wee hours of the morning while carrying two big knifes.
This isn’t the first time someone tried to break-in. In 2008, Hilton was the victim of a $2 million U.S. jewel heist after burglars broke into her home.

It looks like another American Idol judge could be bowing out. A new report states Kara DioGuardi is ready to step down.
“She went to Fox two months ago and told them she didn’t want to do another season,” a source told E! News. “She’s ready to move on. She did two years and thinks that’s enough.”
Many Idol viewers seem to agree. Kara isn’t exactly a viewer favorite.
