Marjories AMAZING Run With The Olympic Torch!

Marjorie O’Connor is one of 50 outstanding Edmontonians who had been asked to carry the Olympic Torch Wednesday January 13, 2010.  All of us here at BT love Marjorie O’Connor…her spirit, her passion for health and wellness and excercise, her hilarious  ‘you-can-excercise-anytime-anywhere’ philosophy, and her outstanding committment to making Edmonton full of more fitter, fabulous folks!

So it is with great honor we stood on the side on the road at about 5:23 PM with hundreds of other excited fans and waited for Marjorie…this is what happened….

    It was SO exciting to be a part of this torch relay moment! There were so many kids there that night. Briget, you made us excited. teary and proud! This clip really captures the feeling we all had that night! Our kids are on this video. It is an event that will probably never happen again for them. It would be a wonderful keepsake to have and be able to show them in 20 years when perhaps the Olympics would be in Canada again. Could we get a copy somehow?
